Recently, I became acquainted with the good works provided by Pelican Harbor Sea Bird Rescue. My dogs and I discovered a sick Ibis on our walk.
We called Pelican Harbor, they unhesitatingly sent someone to pick up the bird, and treated him until well enough for release. Delighted to know of such an excellent organization offering essential humanitarian service to our community.
